Meet our CEO
Marcella Espinosa is the CEO of Earmark Solutions, a leading national English and Spanish language multimedia advertising agency. For over two decades, Marcella has been an innovative leader in the geriatric, healthcare, and automotive advertising media sectors. Her experience and knowledge in this space have produced results-driven strategic campaigns that have elevated brand awareness, growth, and revenue for her clients.
In her role as CEO, Marcella has been at the forefront of shaping the future for and leading the transformation of well recognized brands across Florida. She adapts to the ever-changing needs of her clients by offering consumer engagement solutions through a dynamic range of digital, ecommerce, print and broadcast bilingual advertising options.
She is responsible for some of the most meaningful and effective television, radio, print, and digital creative campaigns in the country.
“I love to listen and learn from the clients I work with in order to better understand their business and products, and become an invaluable partner in their advertising success,” says Marcella.
Prior to launching her own media and advertising agency in June 2018, Marcella was the senior sales executive at the Tampa Bay office of Entravision, a leading global advertising and marketing company and the number one Hispanic media company in the country. Her list of clients included Florida Lottery, Bartow Ford, Gulf Coast Jeep Chrysler, and dozens of leading automotive and medical businesses in the state. It’s here that Marcella mastered the art of national advertising media buys, a strategic process that includes extensive research, ratings, and data collection, which garnered awards for many of her clients.
Prior to Entravision, Marcella served in advertising management and sales executive roles at Media Vista in Naples, FL and The News-Press in Fort Myers, FL. She was recognized as a top producer for Gaceta Tropical, which was the number two Hispanic newspaper in the state at the time.
Marcella also has a passion for her cycling, community, and the arts. Over the years she has served on the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Chaired Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, hosted pop-up art galleries, and is Co-Founder of the popular downtown Fort Myers Art Walk now in its 17th year, But more importantly than anything above, Marcella is a proud mother of three, a daughter, and a friend to many.
